Information Collection
INVES 21 may collect personal information while registering on the INVES 21 platform or using our services. Such information includes name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, gender, residential/ current address, father’s and spouse names, nominee details, marital status, signature, bank account details, scans/copies of document proofs such as PAN, passport, Aadhaar. INVES 21 may also ask for additional information about the User or the person acting on the User's behalf. The User acknowledges and agrees that INVES 21 may retrieve the User's records, which are available from a third party such as KRA.
INVES 21 may also collect certain financial information, including billing address, bank account details, income details, any payment-related details or payment method data, and debit instructions or other standing instructions to process payments for the services. If the User chooses to invest through the INVES 21 platform, INVES 21 will collect the user’s transaction details.
INVES 21 may also collect Users’ communication details, such as emails, or if other Users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or posting on the Platform. INVES 21 retains such information to resolve disputes, provide customer support, respond to queries and inquiries, and improve the Services. Any communication made to INVES 21 may be collected and retained as per the terms of this Privacy Policy.
All information disclosed by the User shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and is stored in order to provide you with a safe, efficient, smooth, and customized experience on the platform. INVES 21, in any case, shall not be liable and responsible for the denial of certain services due to lack of necessary personal information provided by the User. If INVES 21 has reasons to suspect that the information provided by any User is misleading, inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete, INVES 21 reserves the right to refuse the provision of the Services to the User at its sole discretion.
Use of Information
INVES 21 may use the Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, Transactional Information and User Communications and such other information provided by User for the following: (i) to provide and improve the Services on the Platform that User request; (ii) to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems; (iii) to help promote a safe service on the Platform and protect the security and integrity of the Platform, the Services and the Users; (iv) collect money from User in relation to the Services, (v) inform User about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; (vi) customize Users experience on the Platform or share marketing material with Users; (vii) to detect, prevent and protect INVES 21 from any errors, fraud and other criminal or prohibited activity on the Platform; (viii) enforce and inform about our terms and conditions; (ix) to process and fulfil Users request for Services or respond to Users comments, and queries on the Platform; (x) to contact Users; (xi) to communicate important notices or changes in the Services, use of the Platform and the terms/policies which govern the relationship between User and the INVES 21 and with Our affiliates for providing Services to You; and (xii) for any other purpose after obtaining Users consent at the time of collection.
INVES 21 may automatically track certain information about the Users based on the Users' behaviour on the Platform. We use this information to do internal research on Your demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve You. This information is compiled and analysed by the Company on an aggregated basis and not individually, in a manner that does not specifically identify You.
In addition to the above, INVES 21 identifies and uses the user's IP address to help diagnose problems with Our server, resolve such problems, and administer the Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
Sharing of information
INVES 21 may share personal information with SEBI/ NSE/ Depository/ Clearing corporations/ AMCs of Mutual Funds/ RTA/ KRAs solely for the purpose of processing User transaction requests or serving users better. INVES 21 does not share User information with third parties except with respect to providing the information or service that User requested for or with your permission or with intermediaries who require such information as per regulatory requirements and procedures laid down by SEBI/Exchange.
Under no circumstances will INVES 21 sell or rent Users personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time. INVES 21 has taken the best steps to ensure the prevention of any unauthorized disclosure of your sensitive personal information. INVES 21 may also share information when required to be disclosed under law to any of the government agencies or regulatory bodies.
INVES 21 reserves the right to use or disclose your Personal Information in response to any statutory or legal requirements in order to protect our rights and the rights of our other Users, data processors, and any other person or property. INVES 21 will use or disclose User Personal Information if INVES 21 believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property, violations of the INVES 21’s platform other policies, or as otherwise required by law when responding to subpoenas, court orders and other legal processes.
Collection and use of User non-personal information
INVES 21 may also collect non-personal information of the User, such as the user's IP address, web request, URL, name of your ISP, browser type, page User request, cookie information, etc. while using the INVES 21 platform. INVES 21 may use persistent cookies, which are permanently placed on your computer to store non-personal data such as browser, internet service provider, operating system, clickstream information, and profiling information such as age, gender, income, etc. While cookies have unique identification numbers, personal information shall not be stored in the cookies. INVES 21 will use the information stored in the cookies to improve Users' browsing experience on our website by throwing up relevant content wherever possible. We will also use the cookies to store users' preferences and ease navigation on the website/app of the INVES 21 Platform.

Data Protection and Measures
INVES 21 Platform has reasonable security measures and safeguards in place to protect User's privacy and Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, and alteration of the information in compliance with applicable laws. Further, whenever User accesses their account on the Platform or any information relating to it, INVES 21 offers the use of a secure server. INVES 21 cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information User transmits to the Company or guarantee that User Personal Information and/or other Non-Personal Information provided for availing the Services or accessing the Platform will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of INVES 21’s security measures and safeguards. As long as the User accesses or uses the Platform (directly or indirectly), the User must, at all times, take adequate physical, managerial, and technical safeguards at the User end to preserve the integrity and security of the User data, which shall include and not be limited to Users Personal Information.
When transaction information is transmitted on or through the Platform, it will be protected by encryption technology. Users expressly consent to the sharing of User information with third-party service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage their payment-related information. INVES 21 takes various steps and measures to protect the security of your information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Please do not share your account login, password, OTP details, or credentials with anybody.
While INVES 21 provides reasonable security measures to protect Users' Personal Information on all our digital platforms, security risks may still arise for reasons outside of our control, such as hacking, virus dissemination, force majeure events, breach of firewall, etc. Please note that the above-mentioned measures do not guarantee absolute protection of the Personal Information. INVES 21 assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of Users' information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond its control. User plays an important role in keeping their personal information secure. User shall not share their Personal Information or other security information of their account with anyone. INVES 21 has undertaken reasonable measures to protect users' privacy rights with respect to the use of the Platform controlled by us and our services. However, INVES 21 shall not be liable for any unauthorized or unlawful disclosures of User personal information made by any third parties who are not subject to Our control.
User agrees to notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized or illegal access/ use of the User account or any breach of security arising due to User action/ inaction. INVES 21 shall notify you and/or the appropriate authority in case of any breach of security, data at our end and in accordance with such timelines as may be prescribed under applicable law(s).
Purging of Personal Information
User may at any time disable or delete their INVES 21 Platform account by making such a request to INVES 21. With this, INVES 21 will no longer share users' data with any third party. However, INVES 21 shall retain User Personal Information for only as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed of by Us except for any record retention required by applicable law. With respect to disabled and deleted accounts, INVES 21 will store the transaction log of the User for a period of 5 years according to PMLA Act,2002, account and other details for a period of 5 years according to SEBI (Stock Broker and Sub Stock Broker) Regulations, 1992 and 8 years as per Depositories and Depository Participants Act. In the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and / or regulatory direction to that effect, INVES 21 may be suggested by the applicable laws to retain Users' Personal Information for longer periods. INVES 21 shall keep a record of the data for longer periods if required for the purpose of maintaining audit trails under SEBI or for any other purposes as required by the regulations/laws governing Us.
Users also understand that the INVES 21 Platform operates as per certain laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by multiple regulatory, statutory, and government bodies. As a result, INVES 21 may not always be able to accept requests to purge data or delete any information about the User.
Rights of the User
As a User, INVES 21 grants complete control of the information submitted. The User has the right to access, update, or delete the information through the User’s account available on the INVES 21 platform, has the right to rectify the information if the information is inaccurate or complete, and has the right to object and restrict to the processing of their personal information. This may, however, interfere with the provision of services to its optimum, and they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time when consent pertaining to personal information is given. Please note that Users may be asked to verify their identity before responding to such requests. If the Users are unable to perform these actions themselves, please get in touch with the Grievance Officer for assistance.
Users Consent and Subject to Change
The Users will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms as provided in this Privacy Policy. By granting their assent to this Privacy Policy, Users provide consent to such use, collection, and disclosure of Personal Information as prescribed in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is subject to change and may be updated or revised from time to time, without any prior notification to the User, at the sole discretion of S A Artha Securities Private Limited. It is the responsibility of the User to periodically review the Privacy Policy to determine whether there have been any revisions or updates.
